Along with the practice of the physical and spiritual, Yoga is a practice in mental strength that begins with accountability and mindfulness. It is through this practice that I am able to meet the demands of a busy lifestyle while maintaining a healthy and positive mindset.
As we know, everyone is different, and for that reason yoga works differently for everyone. The more I teach, the deeper my understanding for the science of Yoga becomes and the better I can help those who seek Yoga.
