Focus on body postures and breath and body connection
Weekly scheduled yoga asana and sadhana classes offered through the Zoom platform.
Asana (postures) will include morning sun-salutations and the fighting warrior series. As well as an evening restorative yoga.
Sadhana (controlled breathing and meditation) will consist of the 8 Kriyas followed by a guided meditation. Taught in Classical Ashtanga Tradition
Classes are 45 minutes long and registration is required.
